Baptism & Picnic
Today (Sunday, Oct. 4) is the day!
If you have not been baptized, but would like to be, please contact the church by email: info@christcommunityottawa.org
We will be meeting at Pastor John & Glenda’s home today, at 11:45am, for a baptism and picnic! Contact the church for their address.
Chicken, paper goods and drinks will be provided for the picnic. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share!
NEXT Steps
Monday, October 5th, we will begin another round of NEXT Steps!
Next Steps is a 4-week mini small group where participants learn more about Christ Community and more about how we are designed to know God, find freedom, discover our purpose and make a difference in the world!
If you are interested in learning more or becoming a part of Christ Community, join us on Monday nights at 7pm in the Lincoln Boardroom on the lower level of 807 LaSalle St.
Fall Family Fun!
Kid’s ministry families! You are invited to Walsh Park from 2p-4p on October 17th for an afternoon of Fall fun!
We’ll have pumpkins, hot chocolate and games for kid’s age 0-6th grade and their families. You’ll be receiving an invitation soon and if you are interested in helping, please contact Pastor Rachel.

Build Together
We have started building together!
We have begun some changes in the room, and many more updates are planned! We are also building in a new small group season, building together as we come back to meeting in person, building together in prayer and more!
We are not just refreshing parts of our gathering space in the church, but we aim to build a life on mission to know God, find freedom, discover purpose and make a difference. And we want to do it together!

We have started on the updates, but would like to install new lighting, paint and make some other cosmetic changes. But we will only do as much as the finances provide for.
